If you or your organisation are seeking to do something extraordinary, make a mark, innovate, change the way you do things, then practise is the key.  As our resident martial arts master, Sensei Burke, is fond of saying "With practise, a technique becomes a skill you can use under pressure".

Sportsmen, soldiers, scientists, musicians, dancers, actors, athletes spend far more time practising than in action.  By contrast, organisations tend to have an idea and throw themselves into action without test flight, manoeuvres, dry run or dress rehearsal.   Practise, especially in advance, gives you fresh options, more choices, a richer set of possibilities.

To embed the results so they continue to work for you, we’ve created a comprehensive system of deceptively simple practises for your working and personal lives.  They are not only effective, they are a real pleasure.
To give you taste, we have provided a week’s worth for you to try out,  one per day.

Let us know how you get on or if you’d like some guidance.
